What a wonderful Cheesecake...

Hi, everyone! Today, I'd like to introduce you a SUPER DUPER DELICIOUS CHEESECAKE called "Yume-Midori". You can't miss this post if you like or love cheesecake! This cheesecake is made in Kyoto, Japan. Some people might think, "mmm... Cheesecake is famous in Kobe or Hokkaido. Why Kyoto?" Well, you'll see in a moment. :D
The picture below is the package of the cheesecake.
It doesn't look like cake's package, does it? haha The color is green and some of the flowers and a leaf seems implying Japanese tradition...Yes, it is! This cheesecake is containing strong greentea, or "Matcha" in Japanese. The cake is surrounded by chocolate flavor tart. Can you imagin that greentea and cheesecake and chocolate tart are in harmony? They are very good trio actually.
This is the cake! mmm!!!! Looks yummy!!!
The size is about 14.5 centimeters across in diameter. The price is 2310 yen.
If you like Matcha, you should try it! The rich flavor of Matcha spreads in your mouth. Also, Cheesecake fans!!! Check this cheesecake! I do love cheesecake and perhaps I've eaten more than 30 kinds of cheesecake, but this cheesecake is the best cheesecake I've ever eaten.
I guarantee you the rich flavor and wonderful taste.
The shop's name is "Ito Kyuuemonn". This store is a long established store in Kyoto and selling Matcha products. They are maintaining Japanese tradition and now the 8th owner is running the store.

If you are interested in this store, visit the URL bellow.

How to cook Meat and Potato

I cooked Meat and Potato "Niku-Jaga", today and I'd like to introduce my original method for this. My method is kind of skimp so it is easy.
Ingredients:
Meat (pork, chicken, beef, any kind will do, but I used minced meat this time)
Potato (2-3)
Half Onion
Half Carrot
Seasonings:Sugar, Soy sauce, Salt, sweet sake and Japanese soup stock called "Hon-Dashi".

1. Wash your hands and cut vegetables into proper size, or a mouthful size.
2. Put those vegetables except Onion in silicon steamer and nuke it for about 7 miutes.

(It takes looooong time to simmer these vegetables so I often use this silicon steamer as preparation. This will save a great deal of time and the trouble :p )

3. While you nuke vegetables, heat minced meat.

4. When the meat turned its color into brown, put steamed vegetables and onions.

(Dress a bit of Japanese soup stock.)

5. Let's season these meat and vegetables!!!!!!

First, sweeten with 4 teaspoonfuls of sugar.
Second, sprinkle bit of salt.
Third, add two or three tablespoonfuls of soy sauce.
Fourth, add same amount of sweet sake and a tablespoonful water.

After you seasoned, simmer them about 10-15 minutes.

Finally... complete!!!!!!!!!

This is quite simple strategy of cooking meat and potato. For this strategy, you do not need to use pot, but just a frying pan. I always cook like this. Find easy and quick way. If you have any question, please leave any comment!!!! :)

My name is Nana=7, and I like tiger( including cats )=tora.

As I wrote here, I like cooking. I cook everyday. (Sometimes eat out :p)
This is because of my grand-ma. She is quite good at cooking and has mountain of knowledge of cooking. Now she is living in Saitama so I am planining to visit her next vacation to learn some of the cooking methods. It'll be fun... well, I did cook today before I come to school. I cooked food boiled and seasoned (Ni-mono). Usually people use pot to cook it, but I don't. I use trying pan. My way of cooking may be a bit different from typical way. It is kind of easy way? maybe...

I also like to eat. Anyway, what I wanna say here is, 'I love Food'!!!!!!!!
